It doesn't seem to be overly important to The Dark Tower series, but it was a great read in and of itself.Įverything's Eventual (8/10): This story also has ties to The Dark Tower series, but I haven't gotten far enough for the story itself to mean anything to me. The Little Sisters of Eluria (9/10): This story (and the story that follows it) was the main reason I picked up this compilation, and felt like it was worth it in the long run. It felt like it was written in a way where it could be easily turned into a script. In the Death room (8/10): Another good piece, and one I could see being turned into a TV episode or movie. Overall, though, I felt it was paced really well and I loved the humor riddled within it. The Death of Jack Hamilton (8/10): I'm not a huge history buff, so a lot of specifics in this story went over my head. I also felt like we were never given a good understanding of why Alfie wanted to commit suicide. Only complaint I have is I wished that the man in the black suit hadn't been lying about the death.Īll That You Love Will Be Carried Away (6/10): This one was okay, but I was left feeling like nothing was actually accomplished with the story (in other words I didn't really see a point to it). The Man in the Black Suit (8/10): This story didn't creep me out as it did for many others, but overall it was a good piece. I also enjoyed the way the story wrapped up with a bit of (dark?) humor.

Hope you all enjoy! :-)Īutopsy Room Four (9/10): This story immediately hooked me, and kept me on the edge of my seat until the final sentence. Feel free to start up a conversation in the comments about your opinions of the stories. As I did in my other post, I'll try to keep each review under 2 sentences, and will try to keep it as vague/spoiler-free as possible for those who haven't read it yet. Having just recently finished Everything's Eventual, I felt like making another post of my reviews for the stories which it contains. I made a post here a month or so ago, reviewing the Stephen King books I read last year.
